The Faculty of Education, Language, and Communication offers a range of Professional and Executive Programmes designed to meet the needs of working professionals seeking to enhance their skills and advance their careers. The curriculum of each programme is tailored to offer practical, industry-relevant knowledge and skills, enabling participants to apply what they learn directly in their workplaces. Professional Programme in Education Management (Level 3)

Synopsis

This programme is designed to enhance the strategic management and leadership skills of participants within educational settings. It focuses on key areas such as strategic planning, curriculum management, and quality assurance, equipping educators with essential tools for effective leadership across diverse environments. Participants will develop skills in communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking, promoting collaborative and innovative teams. The emphasis on coaching and mentoring supports peer professional development, fostering a culture of continuous learning. The programme also covers assessment and evaluation techniques to improve learning outcomes and integrates digital tools for adapting to the evolving educational sector with the goal of improving educational standards and student success.

  • MODULE 2: Essential Leadership Skills in Schools
  • MODULE 3: Curriculum and Instructional Management
  • MODULE 4: Coaching and Mentoring
  • MODULE 5: Education Quality Management
  • MODULE 6: Managing Education Assessment in Schools

Class frequency: Each module will be covered in 2 class sessions on Saturdays.

Programme Duration: 6 months (1 module per month).

Programme Fee: RM7,500.00 per pax (inclusive of 8% SST) 
Registration Fee: RM500.00 per pax.
